Plans for the last few days of school

As we wrap up the last few days of school I want to give everyone the information needed so that everyone can plan accordingly. I do this to provide you structure to your day as well as for our students day. With only having 6 days of school left, I ask that you all do the same thing for your students. Provide them with structure so that they can be successful in meeting our expectations. Please let me know if you have any questions. 

Friday (5/16)

1. 3rd grade awards @ GMPG
2. Related Arts Early Release Schedule
3. We will set up chairs in the gym around 9:00
4. Talent show participants will be called to the gym at 12:00. 
5. Audience members will be called to the gym at 12:20. 
6. Talent show will start at 12:30. 
7. Dismiss from talent show back to our rooms at the conclusion. Chairs will need to be picked up and put against back wall. 

Monday (5/19)

1. 2nd grade awards @ GMPG
2. No Related Arts rotations

Tuesday (5/20)

1. 4th grade awards @ GMPG
2. Related Arts Early Release Schedule
3. 9:00 - 5th grade bike parade - Everyone lines up out front at 8:50 for the two pass through's from 5th grade
4. 10:00 - Graduation Walk - Everyone lines the hallways for the seniors. 5th grade meets the seniors in the gym after the walk is complete
5. 10:45 - 5th grade stays in the gym for promotion practice
6. 5th grade will need to have an alternate lunch time. 
7. Talent show participants will be called to the gym at 12:00. 
8. Audience members will be called to the gym at 12:20. 
9. Talent show will start at 12:30. 
10. Dismiss from talent show back to our rooms at the conclusion. Chairs will need to be picked up and put against back wall. 

Wednesday (5/21)

1. OM promotion ceremony during GMPG
2. Kindergarten Parties
3. 3rd grade to the park
4. Related Arts Early Release Schedule
5. 5th grade promotion at 1:00 - Only the 5th grade choir students will be performing this year due to the large number of 4th grade students. Not enough room on the stage for all the things. 
6. Release from promotion and chairs need to be put up on the back wall. 

Thursday (5/22)

1. STAR Leader @ GMPG
2. PAWS Rewards given out during GMPG
3. NORMAL Related Arts Schedule
4. 5th grade kickball tourney
5. 1st grade classroom celebration
