This includes things like painting, carpet removal, window replacement, building shelves, moving or adding a white board, furniture, and etc.This does not include needs like ceiling tiles or light bulbs need replacing, etc.
If you have any questions please let me know. Remember, the answer might be "no"...but that "no" may also mean "not yet". It never hurts to ask :)
