Afternoon Dismissal Procedures 

NEW as of September 9, 2019

All dismissal changes will be discussed at GMPG on Monday, September 9th. 

Please observe the following times as set times for dismissal for the following groups.  Also, please understand that no student classroom or dismissal group shall wait out in the hallway prior to their group being dismissed from the classroom. 

At the first bell, there is adult supervision in the gym when students start to arrive.  Teachers, please don't feel like you have to get to the gym first to supervise students.  I will be there :) 

2:40 - 4th, 5th, K, & 1st grade CAR RIDERS & BIKE RIDERS - Dismissed to the gym (an intercom announcement may occur but the 2:40 bell supersedes the announcement)

2:40 - 4th, 5th, Kinder, & 1st grade WALKERS - dismissed to the Library

SO, the car riders, bike riders, and walkers are all dismissed at the same time to their respective locations. 

2:4? (when the K & 1st are clear) - 2nd & 3rd CAR RIDERS & BIKE RIDERS - dismissed to the gym. 

2:4? (when the K & 1st are clear) - 2nd & 3rd WALKERS - dismissed to the Library

SO, the car riders, bike riders, and walkers are all dismissed at the same time to their respective locations.

2:50 - K, 1st, 2nd & 3rd grade Community Education After School Care dismissed to the cafeteria via the back hallway.  A bell will ring at 2:50 which will supersede and announcement being made for these students to go to the cafe.  

2:55 - 4th & 5th grade Community Education After School Care dismissed to the cafeteria via the back hallway.  

Buses & outside transportation services will be called up at their respective times using the intercom.  

At this time Google Hangout will no longer be used.
