It's Just Too Valuable Not to Repeat

When was the last time you had a meaningful conversation with someone that truly matters to you?  If recently, then you already get it!  If memory cannot recall, then you’re likely among a large crowd.  

Imagine all the conversations we host in our head or those deflected to a confidant because it’s safer. Or in today’s moment expressed on social media.  No one hides from this.  

You’ve heard me say (or at least I hope you have) the conversation is the relationship. Susan Scott puts it, “Our most valuable currency is the relationship.  Emotional capital.”  

In the school context, this applies to every relationship that exists within our special building.  That’s why we gather each week as a team to discuss, to get better, to commit.
