Teacher Input needed

Just a reminder that the Child Study Team will meet on Tuesday, Dec. 5. Please be sure to add input on the individual student RTI data form. Specific, quantitative data from the classroom are most helpful in the decision making process. Narrative input is also beneficial when it follows classroom data that the team wouldn't otherwise have access.   

 Also be sure to complete the Academic or Behavior Assistance Form for non-RTI students before the Dec 5th meeting. Those concerns will be discussed at that time.
